FRAME IT

Assemble the base, raise the walls, and set the ceiling joists before placing the roof rafters.
It’s the full framing experience — precise, hands-on, and seriously satisfying.

SHEATH IT

Over 120 panels to cut and place — this is where the structure comes alive.
Each Studs & Co. Sheathing Panel locks the frame together and gives the house its strength.

SEAL IT

Seal every joint with flashing tape — that’s how you keep water and air out on a real build.

ROOF IT

Start with the drip edge and ice & water shield.
Lay your starter strip and shingles, then install the ridge vent and cover it with ridge caps.

CLOSE IT IN

Add the fascia and soffit with care. After that, place the door and the seven windows.

SIDE IT

Put on your siding boards and trims. It’s clean work — line everything up, keep your gaps even. This is where the house gets its look.
