When completed, the miniature house measures 2 ft by 2 ft and 1 ft tall, so it easily fits on any table or desk without taking up much space. The original ranch house would be 32 ft by 32 ft and 16 ft tall, but this kit reduces everything to a 1:16 scale. 

 

Despite its realistic detail, the finished build weighs only about 4lbs and comes with a sturdy base, making it easy to move, display, and transport without worry.
