Frame it
Assemble the base, raise the walls, and build the joists and roof framing from scaled pine lumber.
STEP 02
Sheath it
Fit the wall and roof panels so the miniature house starts to take shape.
STEP 03
Roof it
Add underlayment, shingles, ridge vent and final roofing details.
STEP 04
Finish it
Install the siding, doors and windows. Step back and enjoy what you built.

Do I need construction experience?
No. The full kit includes illustrated step-by-step instructions for a range of skill levels.
How long does the build take?
Approximately 30–45 hours, depending on your experience and pace.
Are the tools included?
Yes. The Full Kit includes a glue gun and glue sticks, angle cutter, metal ruler, protractor and plans. No power tools are required.
Is all the wood pre-cut?
The studs are pre-cut. You will measure and cut much of the remaining lumber during the build.
Can kids build it?
Yes, with adult supervision when working with sharp cutters and hot glue.
Can I customize the house?
Yes. You can paint, rearrange or expand the model using the included scale drawings as a starting point.
